Crystal goes above and beyond for patients and coworkers! It has been a very tough year regarding staff shortages, especially hygienists and a lot of this pressure has been on Crystal to arrange new appointments for so many of our patients, but she always has a smile or is eager to go one step further to make someone happy. You will hear her talking to patients and it sounds like she is talking to an old friend even if the person on the other end is a new patient to us. She always asks her coworker if they need help when she sees that someone has a lot on their plate. This office would not be the same if she wasn't here.

Jennifer is always available to answer questions and offer support any time of the day. She is very dedicated to her work and sharing her knowledge with new team members.

Hélène has great leadership skills and is always ready to help others, no matter the situation!!! Any task that comes her way, she accomplishes it successfully!!!

She's very helpful and does and amazing job as our practice lead, is very understanding and caring about each of her co-workers.

Rhonda Unites our team everyday we come to the office. She is the caring and courageous face of our team when patients come to us. She take care of so many things and allows us clinicians to focus on the dentistry. She is a huge reason our days run smoothly and the patients love her.

Leah Anne is the practice manager at Water Street Dental. She bends over backwards for everyone in our practice and is completely selfless. Her team can confide in her about anything and consider her a friend above being a manager. She always tries to encourage everyone at work to be better for our patients and her team just loves her to pieces.

Lily has truly shown what it truly means to Care. Showing up to work and getting the job done is the minimum expectation one must meet but when you have someone like Lily that shows every day and puts the needs of the office first is a rare find. She knows that in the end that the patients are at the heart of it all. Whether it's staying late to do confirmations and check all insurance information for patients on her time, to cleaning up after everyone has left to make sure the office is clean to maintain protocols are just a few things Lily does. She is exceptional in how much she cares for those around her. Lily Nguyen went into the industry not knowing any Dental but took it upon herself to get educated and informed so that she can provide the most optimal patient care she possibly can.

Paula does an amazing job at not only keeping the team on track every day and providing amazing patient care, but she strives to create a unified environment in the office. She is always coming up with new, fun challenges for everyone to take part in as a team inside and outside of the office. She organized an amazing race with local businesses in our community, has organized a walking challenge, a book club, a secret sister group and the list goes in. She is an exceptional office manager and cares greatly for all of her staff!

Aman cares about his practices immensely and he takes pride in things running well. He is amazing at mentoring, knowing how to get things done, and coming up with ways that we can give the team the things they want. He is able to teach without talking down to staff, Aman lifts up his team members and is always working on unifying the staff by making sure that everyone feels like he has their best interests in mind. Aman is truly an amazing leader! The team has never felt as valued as they do working with Aman. The team count is lucky to be able to work alongside him while showing the way to properly manage the practice.
