“Our team members at Belleville Dental Care trust and encourage one another and genuinely value our practice while also having fun,” explains Principal Dentist Dr. Ken Madison. “It’s an amazing and wonderful dynamic.” With long-standing innovative mentors that round out their authentic team, they seek community support opportunities to further demonstrate their dedication and commitment to patients.
Dr. Madison has operated the practice since 1977 and continuously pursues advanced education in leading-edge technologies and concepts while mentoring his team and caring for patients. Their associate dentists also bring their brand of enthusiasm and pursuit of elevated education to empower patients to achieve their oral health goals. “Our entire team feels rewarded by educating our patients on the importance of oral health and lifting their confidence by improving their smiles,” he said.
The team collectively devotes their passion to make people smile. They ensure caring is a crucial component of what they do every day by practicing gratitude and communication. “It is very rewarding to see people’s attitude lift as a result of our caring and understanding. Just by caring, you can see people physically relax and change,” said Ken.”
The COVID-19 pandemic brought many challenges with shutdowns and practice staffing due to illness. Still, as a team, Belleville Dental Care was able to adapt and make changes to accommodate their valued patients and make their experiences as enjoyable as possible. “Many patients enjoy coming to our office because they are treated like family. I take great pride when they comment on the laughter and camaraderie amongst our team.”
