Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, the South 40 Dental team started out as a small group of five people in 2013. Fast forward five years later and they have grown exponentially – now boasting a team of over 30.
Described by Principal Dentist, Dr. Todd McClenaghan, as a “fantastic team that truly lives and breathes the culture of this practice,” South 40 Dental has an excellent reputation both internally and externally, with more than 800 Google reviews and a 4.9 rating.
Practice Manager Lee Wrigley ultimately credits South 40 Dental’s success to a supportive team environment, “Whether it’s for work or a personal level, all of our team knows we can call upon each other for support. They’re each other’s biggest cheerleaders for their successes, as well as mentors providing guidance whenever they feel someone might be struggling. It’s a good feeling coming into work knowing you’ve got that.”
She further emphasizes the importance of teamwork and collaboration, “A successful dental office doesn’t excel in just one thing. It takes collaboration within the team and everyone on the team plays just as an important role as all the others. We’re all leaders within our job descriptions, and when you develop and help your team become leaders, the rest just falls into place.”
